Ningbo is a garden city embracing rivers and bays, in which its natural resources (i.e., rivers, lakes, seas and mountains) offer abundant venues for outdoor sports.

在宁波，你可以选择驾着帆船在东海上破浪，可以选择坐上龙舟在东钱湖里遨游，可以选择持着登山杖在四明山上前行，还可以选择骑上自行车在三江沿岸穿梭。

In this coastal city, you can choose to sail a sailboat to break the waves on the East China Sea, ride a dragon boat in Dongqian Lake, or go hiking on Siming Mountains. A bicycle ride along the water ways of the city will be another good choice.

浙江海洋运动中心（亚帆中心）。浙江省首个可承办水上运动国际A级比赛的场地。亚帆中心包括比赛训练中心、水上运动基地及港池等区域，可容纳1000个泊位，是杭州第19届亚运会帆船比赛场地。

Zhejiang Ocean Sports Center (Asian Sailing Center). It is the first venue in Zhejiang Province that can host international A-level competitions of water sports. The Asian Sailing Center includes areas such as the competition training center, water sports base, harbor basin and other areas, with a capacity of 1000 berths. It is the sailing venue for the 19th Asian Games in Hangzhou.

宁海国家登山健身步道。步道以山间天然路径原生态为基础，是中国第一个符合国家标准的登山健身步道，也是国家登山运动训练基地，定期举办中国登山户外运动技能资质大赛、宁海越野挑战赛等赛事。

Ninghai National Hiking Trail. Built along pristine natural mountain paths, this is the first hiking and fitness trail in China that meets the national standards. This trail is also approved as a national training base for mountaineering and regularly organizes events such as the China Mountaineering and Outdoor Sports Skills Qualification Competition and the Ninghai Rally Sports Challenge.

宁波国际赛车场。拥有国际汽联FIA认证的二级赛道，可举办各类型房车、方程式、摩托车场地赛。在此已举办过WTCC世界房车锦标赛、国际汽联F4中国锦标赛、CFGP中国方程式大奖赛等大型赛事。

Ningbo International Speedway. It is equipped with a FIA-certified Grade II track, capable of hosting all types of touring car, formula and motorcycle venue races. Among its hosted large- scale events are the WTCC World Touring Car Championship, the FIA F4 China Championship and the CFGP China Formula Grand Prix.

鄞江攀岩公园。利用上化山古采石场的岩壁资源，设有栈道式攀岩、自然岩攀岩和标准人工岩壁攀岩等项目场地，是“一带一路”国际攀岩大师赛等国际攀岩赛事的举办地。

Yinjiang Rock Climbing Park. The park utilizes the rock wall resources of the ancient quarry of Shanghuashan Mountain, featuring projects such as trestle climbing, natural rock climbing and standard artificial rock wall climbing. It is the venue for international climbing events such as the "Belt and Road" International Climbing Masters Tournament.

宁波山地车越野公园。“天然氧吧+体育赛事”场地，可以服务山地车、滑步车、越野跑、野外定向、休闲健步等众多项目。多条赛道可满足不同级别的车手需要。

Ningbo Mountain Bike Park. This venue of "Natural Oxygen Bar + Sports Events" is capable of serving such programs as mountain biking, scootering, trail running, orienteering, and recreational hiking. Multiple tracks are available to meet the needs of riders at different skill levels.

宁波商量岗滑雪场。依托“四明第一山”得天独厚的气候与地理优势，集旅游观光、休闲度假、冰雪娱乐、健身养生于一体。场内设有简易滑雪、滑冰、滑圈、马拉雪橇、冰上芭蕾、雪上飞碟等冰雪娱乐项目。

Ningbo Shanglianggang Ski Resort. Thanks to the unique climate and geographic advantages of "Premier Mountain in Siming", it offers a comprehensive experience that includes tourism, leisure vacations, ice-snow entertainment, and health and fitness activities. The resort is equipped with basic skiing, ice skating, skating circles, horse-drawn sledding, ice ballet, snow flying saucer and other winter entertainment activities.
