宁波非物质文化遗产非常丰富，通过“三位一体”［非遗项目、项目传承人、传承（传播）基地三联合］非遗保护的宁波模式，甬剧等众多非遗项目或走出国门展示风采、或进入校园培育传人、或登上舞台成为精品……
Ningbo boasts a rich intangible cultural heritage. Its trinity model of heritage protection — integrating heritage projects, inheritors, and inheritance (promotion) bases — numerous heritage projects, such as Yong Opera, have either gained international exposure, been introduced into campuses to cultivate young practitioners, or been adapted into stage masterpieces.

甬剧。国家级非物质文化遗产，是以宁波方言演唱的地方戏曲剧种，紧跟时代，贴近现实生活，如传统戏《半把剪刀》《天要落雨娘要嫁》，现代戏《王鲲》《亮眼哥》等，受到广大观众的欢迎。
Yong Opera. This national intangible cultural heritage is a local opera genre performed in the Ningbo dialect. Keeping pace with the times and closely related to real life, Yong Opera includes traditional plays like Half Scissors (Banba Jiandao in Chinese pinyin) and Widow to Marry Rain to Fall (Tianyaoluoyu Niangyaojia in Chinese pinyin), as well as modern plays like Wang Kun and Bright-Eyed Brother (Liangyange in Chinese pinyin), all of which have been warmly received by a wide audience.

越窑青瓷烧制技艺。国家级非物质文化遗产。越窑是中国古代最著名的青瓷窑系，其主要产地就是宁波慈溪上林湖一带，古代越窑青瓷通过海上丝绸之路销往全球，对促进中外交流发挥过重要作用。目前，上林湖区域已形成集越窑青瓷烧制技艺传承、展示、科研、生产、销售等于一体的产业群。
The Yue Kiln Celadon Firing Technique. It is recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage in China. The Yue Kiln, one of the most famous ancient Chinese celadon kiln systems, primarily operated in the Shanglin Lake area of Cixi, Ningbo. In ancient times, its products were exported globally via the Maritime Silk Road, playing a significant role in promoting international exchanges. Today, the Shanglin Lake region has developed into an industrial cluster that encompasses the inheritance, display, research, production, and sales of Yue Kiln celadon.

朱金漆木雕。国家级非物质文化遗产，是宁波市民间传统美术工艺，明清以来，朱金漆木雕广泛应用于民间日常生活，拥有著名的十里红妆、千工床、万工轿、万工船等堪称绝妙的民间工艺精品。位于宁波市鄞州区的朱金漆木雕艺术馆向游客开放，可供参观。
Ningbo Cinnabar and Gold Lacquer Woodcarving. This national intangible cultural heritage is a traditional folk art of Ningbo. Since the Ming and Qing dynasties, it has been widely used in daily life, with famous examples including dowry, wooden beds, bridal sedan chairs, and wooden boats, all considered exquisite folk craftsmanship. The Ningbo Cinnabar and Gold Lacquer Art Museum, located in Yinzhou District, is open to visitors.

宁波的非遗远不止这些。从梁祝传说到奉化布龙，从金银彩绣到泥金彩漆，从象山开渔节到宁海十里红妆婚俗……这座城市的文化记忆，正以活态传承的方式延续至今。
Ningbo's intangible cultural heritage goes far beyond what we've covered here. From the Legend of Liang Zhu to Fenghua Cloth Dragon, from gold-and-silver embroidery to mud-gold lacquer painting, from Xiangshan fishermen's sailing ceremonies to Ninghai Marriage Custom — the city's cultural memory lives on through active inheritance.
